Concerning the violence over the putative “film” from “Sam Bacile,” and the cartoons recently appearing in a French magazine, two contrasting opinions from the Muslim world. The BBC reported that Indonesia intends to bring to the UN General Assembly to make an international protocol making blasphemy unlawful throughout the world. They also reported on an Egyptian newspaper holding a political cartoon contest for best cartoon opposing the idea presented in the film and US policy.
