Apparently, there’s a bit of overdrive at the beginning of the show. Not much to be done about that, I miswired a thing

You had a section in this episode responding to an email about religious people speaking about thier god like D&D players speak about their characters.

An observation I’ve made several times is related to this: In any tabletop RPG community, chances are you’ll find the type known as the Rules Lawyer. I imagine they’re also present in LARPing groups.

My observation is that theologians are almost indistinguishable from LARPing rules lawyers who actually believe their fantasy.

I know several people who would be amazingly happy if they could make a lucrative living out of their D&D rules lawyering.
