I dunno, it seems pretty genuine, dude. I’ve had the misfortune of knowing WAY too many people with this sort of steadfast, southern bad-boy ignorance. He reminds me of the kind of people that inspired the writers of Eastbound and Down to create Kenny Powers.
Sam – I doubt that Nouakchott thinks the voicemail was staged by AaA, more likely he/she means it sounds like a Poe. It could be, but I doubt it. A Poe would have probably practiced more and not have such bad sound quality XD
I live in Texas, and unfortunately the point of view expressed is pretty pervasive.
